Here at Opinion Jungle, we are just like you.

We understand the dynamics of daily life – we are fellow consumers. We like to try the latest restaurants, check out new movies, and visit local malls. We also search for solid references for family doctors, banks to finance our homes, trustworthy accountants – and the list goes on.

We also have perspective from a business services point of view. We've waited tables, worked cash registers, tended bars, worked in retail stores, given professional advice and have even mowed a few lawns.

Through this full-scope point of view, Opinion Jungle closes the accountability loop between consumers and business. We engage one another by raising the bar on consumer experience through sharing our opinions – which gives businesses the necessary feedback to become customer service leaders.

Our consumer members value one another's opinions because they know they are relevant to their likes, dislikes and lifestyles. Our recommendation process is straightforward and transparent – we accept no revenue through advertising.

Our business members value the timeliness of our input, our relevance to their target markets and the opportunity we offer them to respond to consumers. We are not about hurtful rants or empty raves floating in cyberspace. We're about closing the gap between consumers and businesses – and opening the door to real change.
