      This is the Ultimate Boot Camp. It puts all others to shame I believe. SEAL PT has a variet of options to take advantage of. I participated in Body Camp (pre Boot Camp training), Boot Camp (the craziest two weeks ever), and continue to participate in Lifers (all Boot Camp graduates are invited to join Lifers which is a daily morning workout). Boot Camp is one of the toughest things I have ever done. You actually develop strong friendships in just a short two week period. I highly recommend SEAL PT for anyone looking to get in shape, stay in shape in a team environment. I compare it to Personal Training (but much cheaper) cause you never know what to expect and you have instructors and teammated pushing you.
